Return and exchange 

Our goal is that you will be satisfied with the products from us. We offer a 14-day return right from the day you receive the item. If you want to return something, please follow our return instructions. The products must be returned well wrapped and in the original package in unused and tag label-on condition.

Free exchange 

Did it not fit? We offer a free change of size, or change to another item with a similar price. This only applies when using our return label. Remember to attach the return form! If not, there may be problems for us to identify your order.

To return item, please follow this instructions:

Enter your address.   

Write your order number under reference   

Then press “Create return label”   

Then print the return label

This file must be printed and pasted on the package you are sending to us. This is delivered to the nearest post office, but can also be placed in a red, public mailbox if you have space. Note that the return is delivered to Posten / Bring, NOT Post Nord / MyPack.

NB! Please notice that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that for hygienic reasons cannot be resold. Earrings, tights, underwear / swimwear, sunglasses etc. can thus not be returned / exchanged.

IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE ITEMS:    

Order new desired item in the store.   

Return the old item. Remember to write a new order number on the return form when you fill in the return form! We refund for the products / change the invoice on the first order, and you will receive the right product much faster. 

 Note! If you have paid with Klarna – remember to pay an invoice for the products you keep.

If you want to return all the products in your order, you can use our return solution for exchange for cheaper shipping. You will then be deducted only 89, – in postage cost upon return.

If you send a return without using our return solution, we will not refund your own outlay. 

If you discover that a product you have received from us has a defect, you should contact customer service as soon as possible with a formal complaint, to receive a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, a refund.

The same applies if you discover that a product has been damaged during transport or if you discover other discrepancies in the delivery, e.g. that the number of products is incorrect or the product model deviates from your order.

If you wish to submit a complaint, this must be done within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be sent to customer service or other addresses specified by us. As soon as we receive the returned product, and have confirmed that the above specifications are in order, we will refund your payment.

Please attach a return form with the order number and return the product in its original packaging. When you withdraw your order or change size, you must pay the cost of returning the product to our department store.

If something is returned, the risk (in case of loss or damage during shipping) lies with the customer. We therefore recommend that you always use shipping with tracking.

We ask that you fill in the entire return form. We greatly appreciate if you provide a reason for return even if this is not required. Then you help us do a better job in the future.

Complaint

If there is a defect with the item, you have the right to make a complaint for 6 months from the time you received the item. This presupposes that you notify us within a reasonable time and that you submit a receipt and / or order number stating that the item has been purchased from us. The right of complaint is not considered if the product has been used abnormally or washed incorrectly.

On complaint form, please send an email with the order number / receipt and a photo of the complaint to customer service service@fasink.comso that we can look at the case. Of course, we cover the return costs for complaints.
